A DNA sequence encoding the human COMT (NP_000745.1)(Met1-Pro271) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
Reconstitution
It is recommended that the sterile water (200ul) be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25mg/mL. UV concentration is measured by UV-Vis.
Preparation and Storage
Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C upon receiving. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
