Related Product Information for anti-ACSL1 antibody
The protein encoded by this gene is an isozyme of the long-chain fatty-acid-coenzyme A ligase family. Although differing in substrate specificity, subcellular localization, and tissue distribution, all isozymes of this family convert free long-chain fatty acids into fatty acyl-CoA esters, and thereby play a key role in lipid biosynthesis and fatty acid degradation. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Product Notes

The ACSL1 acsl1 (Catalog #AAA28557) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ACSL1 Rabbit PolymAb reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ACSL1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), ELISA (EIA). WB: 1:15000-1:60000 IHC-P: 1:400-1:4000 IF/ICC: 1:800-1:3200 ELISA: Recommended starting concentration is 1ug/mL. Please optimize the concentration based on your specific assay requirements. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ACSL1 acsl1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: MQAHELFRYF RMPELVDFRQ YVRTLPTNTL MGFGAFAALT TFWYATRPKP LKPPCDLSMQ SVEVAGSGGA RRSALLDSDE PLVYFYDDVT TLYEGFQRGI. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ACSL1, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
