Related Product Information for anti-HLA ABC antibody
Mouse anti Human HLA ABC antibody, clone W6/32 recognizes an antigenic determinant shared among products of the HLA A, B and C loci. Clone W6/32 recognizes a conformational epitope, reacting with HLA class I alpha3 and alpha2 domains. The major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is a cluster of genes that are important in the immune response to infections. In humans, this complex is referred to as the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) region. There are 3 major MHC class I proteins encoded by the HLA which are HLA A, HLA B and HLA C. These proteins are found on the surface of almost all nucleated somatic cells. Mouse anti Human HLA ABC antibody, clone W6/32 is routinely tested in flow cytometry on human peripheral blood lymphocytes.

Product Notes

The HLA ABC (Catalog #AAA12013) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MOUSE ANTI HUMAN HLA ABC reacts with Baboon, Bovine, Chimpanzee, Cynomolgus monkey, Gorilla, Macaque, Rhesus Monkey, Shrew and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's HLA ABC can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistology Frozen*, ELISA (EIA), Flow cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunoprecipitation (IP). Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells or 100ul whole blood Immunohistology - Frozen: Application Note: The epitope recognised by this antibody is reported to be sensitive to formaldehyde fixation and tissue processing. We recommends the use of acetone fixation for frozen sections. Flow Cytometry: Minimum Dilution: 1/50; Maximum Dilution: 1/100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HLA ABC for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "HLA ABC, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
