Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
Synonyms
Mast Cell Chymase, Antibody; Mast Cell Chymase (BSA & Azide Free); Anti -Mast Cell Chymase (BSA & Azide Free); anti-CMA1 antibody
Host
Mouse
Reactivity
Human
Clonality
Monoclonal
Isotype
IgG1

Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
Application Notes
Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:2000 for 20 minutes at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap
Related Product Information for anti-CMA1 antibody
Mast cells contain a number of preformed chemical mediators such as histamine, chymase, carboxypeptidase and proteolytic tryptase. A substantial quantity of chymase is estimated to be found in mast cells of skin and lung and suggestes this enzyme plays a major role in mast cell mediated events. Human mast cell chymase is considered to be an important marker of mast cells as well as an important mediator of inflammation.

Product Notes
The CMA1 cma1 (Catalog #AAA14660) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Mast Cell Chymase (BSA & Azide Free) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Mast Cell Chymase can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CMA1 cma1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: Not determined. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Mast Cell Chymase, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
