Related Product Information for anti-Rhinovirus antibody
Picornaviruses are small, non-enveloped RNA viruses with an icosahedral capsid and a single strand, plus-sense RNA genome. The genome encodes a single polyprotein that is proteolytically processed by viral proteases into structural and non-structural proteins. The family of picornaviruses includes numerous human and animal viruses including more than 100 serotypes of human rhinoviruses (HRV). HRV infections are characteristic upper airway infections (the main cause of the common cold), and they provoke significant lower airway symptoms for patients with asthma, cystic fibrosis, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Product Notes
The Rhinovirus (Catalog #AAA11718) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's Rhinovirus can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunoblot (IB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Immunoblotting: Use at 2-5ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry: Use at 1-10ug/ml. These are recommended concentrations; end users should determine optimal concentrations for their applications. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Rhinovirus for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Rhinovirus, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
