Application Notes
Dilute tat stock solution in 150mM NaCI, 50mM Sodium Citrate, pH6.5 immediately before use. For tissue culture assays, dilute tat directly into tissue culture medium. Tat readily oxidizes in buffer solutions, which may change its LTR dependent transcriptional activation activity.
