Description: Sandwich ELISA kit of Quantitative Detection for Human ANGPTL3
Background: ANGPTL3, also known as Angiopoietin-like 3 or HYPLl, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ANGPTL3 gene. It is mapped to 1p31.3. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the angiopoietin-like family of secreted factors. It is expressed predominantly in the liver, and has the characteristic structure of angiopoietins, consisting of a signal peptide, N-terminal coiled-coil domain, and the C-terminal fibrinogen (FBN)-like domain. ANGPTL3 also acts as dual inhibitor of lipoprotein lipase (LPL) and endothelial lipase (EL), and increases plasma triglyceride and HDL cholesterol in rodents. It can inhibit endothelial lipase to catalyze HDL-phospholipid and increase HDL-PL levels.

Product Notes
The Human. There is no detectable cross-reactivity with other relevant proteins. ANGPTL3 angptl3 (Catalog #AAA46110) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA46110 ELISA Kit recognizes Human. There is no detectable cross-reactivity with other relevant proteins. ANGPTL3. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Angiopoietin-related protein 3, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
