Background: The Reactive Oxygen Species Assay Kit is a kit for detecting reactive oxygen species using the fluorescent probe DCFH-DA. DCFH-DA itself has no fluorescence and can pass through the cell membrane freely. After entering the cell, it can be hydrolyzed by intracellular esterase to form DCFH. DCFH does not penetrate the cell membrane, making it easy for the probe to be loaded into the cell. Reactive oxygen species in the cells can oxidize non-fluorescent DCFH to produce fluorescent DCF. The level of reactive oxygen species in the cells can be known by detecting the fluorescence of the DCF. The kit provides a reactive oxygen positive control reagent, Rosup, for the detection of reactive oxygen species. Rosup is a mixture at a concentration of 50 mg/mL. The kit has a low background, high sensitivity, wide linear range and convenient use. This kit can measure 100 to 500 samples.
