Recombinant Human CD66c is a monomer protein.The reduced monomer consists of 547 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of approx 70kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of CD66c monomer is approximately 160-180 kDa due to glycosylation.

Recombinant CD66c, as supplied, can be stored in working aliquots at 2 degree - 8 degree C for one month, or at -20 degree C to -70 degree C for twelve months.
