Reconstitution
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening, reconstitute in sterile distilled water or buffer of interest to a concentration of 0.1-1 mg/ml by gently pipetting 2-3 times, do not vortex.
Preparation and Storage
The lyophilized protein is stable at -20°C for up to 1 year. The protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for up to 1 week. For extended storage, it is recommended to further dilute in a buffer containing 0.1% BSA (make sure BSA will NOT interfere with your experiment) and store in working aliquots at -20°C to -80°C for 6 months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Product Notes
The CHRNA1 chrna1 (Catalog #AAA249452) is a Recombinant Protein produced from E Coli and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 21-209. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Nicotinic Acetylcholine Receptor alpha 1, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
