We believe the 2019-nCoV NP C-ter domain is more stable than the full-length NP since it lacks the autolysis sites. N3-AP is designed as a ready-to-use product for chemiluminescence application. A modified AP was fused to the C-terminal of the NP and the users do not need to perform the laborious chemical labeling.
