Human spleen (A), bone marrow (B), and liver (C) tissue lysates (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved via SDS-PAGE, and the subsequent blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of 14F69 at 0.1ug/ml before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. Anti-TREM-1 [14F69]

Gene Names
TREM1; CD354; TREM-1
Reactivity
Human, Cynomolgus Monkey, Rhesus Monkey
Applications
Flow Cytometry, Functional Assay, ELISA
Purity
Purified. Protein A affinity purified
Synonyms
TREM-1; N/A; Anti-TREM-1 [14F69]; TREM1; CD354; Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 1; Triggering receptor expressed on monocytes 1; anti-TREM-1 antibody
Ordering
Reactivity
Human, Cynomolgus Monkey, Rhesus Monkey
Isotype
Mouse IgG2a kappa
Clone Number
14F69
Specificity
This antibody binds human, cynomolgus monkey and rhesus monkey TREM-1. TREM1 is a receptor that is expressed on monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils and dendritic cells. It plays important roles in innate and adaptive immunity by amplifying inflammatory responses. When activated, TREM-1 associates with the ITAM-containing signaling adaptor protein, DAP12. Downstream signalling may include activation of the NFAT transcription factor, causing an upregulation of pro-inflammatory cytokine production.
Purity/Purification
Purified. Protein A affinity purified
Form/Format
PBS with 0.02% Proclin 300.
Concentration
1mg/ml (varies by lot)
Applicable Applications for anti-TREM-1 antibody
Blocking, FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), ELISA
Preparation and Storage
Store at 4 degree C for up to 3 months. For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20 degree C.

Product Notes

The TREM-1 trem1 (Catalog #AAA72343) is an Antibody and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-TREM-1 [14F69] reacts with Human, Cynomolgus Monkey, Rhesus Monkey and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TREM-1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Blocking, FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), ELISA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TREM-1 trem1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TREM-1, Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
