Intra-assay Precision
Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level gABA were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively. Intra-Assay: CV<10%
Inter-assay Precision
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): 3 samples with low, middle and high level gABA were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate. CV(%) = SD/meanX100. Inter-Assay: CV<12%
Preparation and Storage
For unopened kits: All the reagents should be kept at 4 degree C upon receipt.
For opened kits: Once the kit is opened, the remaining reagents still need to be stored according to the above storage conditions. In addition, return the unused wells to the foil pouch containing the desiccant pack and reseal along entire edge of zip-seal.

Related Product Information for gABA rtu elisa kit
Intended Uses: The kit is a competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique for the in vitro quantitative measurement of gABA in general serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids.
Principle of the Assay: This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. A monoclonal antibody specific to gABA has been pre-coated onto a microplate. A competitive inhibition reaction is launched between biotin labeled gABA and unlabeled gABA (Standards or samples) with the pre-coated antibody specific to gABA. After incubation the unbound conjugate is washed off. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. The amount of bound HRP conjugate is reverse proportional to the concentration of gABA in the sample. After addition of the substrate solution, the intensity of color developed is reverse proportional to the concentration of gABA in the sample.

Product Notes
The General gABA gaba (Catalog #AAA70777) is a RTU ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA70777 RTU ELISA Kit recognizes General gABA. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (gABA), RTU ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
