Related Product Information for GIP elisa kit
Principle of the Assay: This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Antibody specific for GIP has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells with a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody specific for GIP. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of GIP bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.

Product Notes
The Human GIP gip (Catalog #AAA79860) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA79860 ELISA Kit recognizes Human GIP. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "gastric inhibitory polypeptide, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
