Goat Anti-KCNN4/KCa3.1 Antibody
Expected from sequence similarity: Human, Mouse, Rat, Dog
Expected from sequence similarity: Human, Mouse, Rat, Dog
WB: Approx 50kDa band observed in Human Cerebellum lysates and in lysates of cell line NIH3T3 (calculated MW of 47.7kDa, according to Human NP_002241.1 and Mouse NP_032459.3).An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 35kDa in Cerebellum. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3ug/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Negative Control: Human Adrenal Gland lysate.
IHC: Paraffin embedded Human Adrenal Gland, Kidney and Liver. Recommended concentration: 3.75ug/ml.
IF: Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm/membranes of HeLa cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.
FC/FACS: Flow cytometric analysis of HEK293 cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.
IHC (Immunohistchemistry)
((3.75ug/ml) staining of paraffin embedded Human Liver. Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6, AP-staining.)

FCM (Flow Cytometry)
(Flow cytometric analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HEK293 cells (blue line), permeabilized with 0.5% Triton. Primary incubation overnight at 4 degree C (10ug/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (1ug/ml). IgG control: Unimmunized goat IgG ()
IF (Immunofluorescence)
(Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10ug/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2ug/ml), showing membrane/cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain i)
WB (Western Blot)
((0.1ug/ml) staining of Human Cerebellum (A) + Peptide (B), NIH3T3 (C) and negative Control Adrenal Gland (D) lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer). Detected by chemiluminescence.)

Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "KCNN4/KCa3.1, Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
