Reconstitution
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening, reconstitute in sterile distilled water or buffer of intrests to concentration of 0.1-1mg/mL by gently pipetting 2-3 times, do not vortex
Preparation and Storage
The lyophilized protein is stable at -20 degrees C for 1 year , the protein solution can be stored at 2-8 degrees for up to 1 week under sterile condition. For extended storage , it is recommended to further dilute in a buffer containing 0.1 % BSA (make sure BSA will NOT interfere with your experiment) and store in working aliquots at -20 degrees C to -80 degrees for 6 months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
