Biological Significance
Immunoglobulin G (IgG) are antibody molecules. Each IgG is composed of four peptide chains - two heavy chains and two light chains. Each IgG has two antigen binding sites. Other Immunoglobulins may be described in terms of polymers with the IgG structure.
Preparation and Storage
Ships ambient or refrigerated. Upon receipt store at 4 degree C prior to restoration. For extended periods after reconstituted aliquot and freeze at -20 degree C or below. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
