anti-Human CD28 Antibody | anti-CD28 antibody

Anti-CD28 [9.3]

Gene Names
CD28; Tp44
Reactivity
Human
Applications
Immunoprecipitation, ELISA, Immunofluorescence
Purity
Purified. Protein A affinity purified
Synonyms
CD28; N/A; Anti-CD28 [9.3]; T-cell-specific surface glycoprotein CD28; TP44; anti-CD28 antibody
Ordering
Reactivity
Human
Isotype
Rabbit IgG kappa

9.3
Specificity
The antibody is specific for human CD28. CD28 is one of the proteins expressed on T cells that provide co-stimulatory signals required for T cell activation and survival. T cell stimulation through CD28 in addition to the T-cell receptor (TCR) can provide a potent signal for the production of various interleukins.

Purified. Protein A affinity purified
Form/Format
PBS with 0.02% Proclin 300.
Concentration
1mg/ml (varies by lot)
Applicable Applications for anti-CD28 antibody
IP (Immunoprecipitation), ELISA, Blocking, IF (Immunofluorescence)
Preparation and Storage
Store at 4 degree C for up to 3 months. For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20 degree C.

Product Notes

The CD28 cd28 (Catalog #AAA72407) is an Antibody and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-CD28 [9.3] reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD28 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IP (Immunoprecipitation), ELISA, Blocking, IF (Immunofluorescence). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD28 cd28 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD28, Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
