Intended Uses: This CLIA kit applies to the in vitro quantitative determination of Human ADP/Acrp30 concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids.
Principle of the Assay: This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human ADP/Acrp30. Samples or Standards are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human ADP/Acrp30 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human ADP/Acrp30, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human ADP/Acrp30. You can calculate the concentration of Human ADP/Acrp30 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.

Product Notes
The Human ADP/Acrp30 adipoq (Catalog #AAA171286) is a CLIA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA171286 CLIA Kit recognizes Human ADP/Acrp30. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ADP/Acrp30 (Adiponectin), CLIA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
