Related Product Information for MGAT5 elisa kit
Principle of the Assay: Human Alpha-1,6-Mannosylglycoprotein 6-Beta-N-Acetylglucosaminyltransferase A (MGAT5) ELISA Kit employs a two-site sandwich ELISA to quantitate MGAT5 in samples. An antibody specific for Human MGAT5 has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and any MGAT5 present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After removing any unbound substances, HRP-Conjugated MGAT5 detection antibody is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound HRP reagent, a Chromogen solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of MGAT5 bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
