Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): 3 samples with low, middle and high level DBP were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate. CV(%) = SD/meanX100. Inter-Assay: CV<12%
Related Product Information for DBP elisa kit
Intended Uses: The kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for the in vitro quantitative measurement of DBP in human tissue homogenates or other biological fluids.
Principle of the Assay: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to DBP. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody preparation specific to DBP. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain DBP, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm +/- 10nm. The concentration of DBP in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Product Notes
The Human DBP dbp (Catalog #AAA68544) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA68544 ELISA Kit recognizes Human DBP. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "D Site Of Albumin Promoter Binding Protein (DBP), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
