Principle of the Assay: 7KH ELISA kit uses double antibody sandwich method: anti-human IgA monoclonal antibody is coated on an enzyme plate. IgA is bound to monoclonal antibody in samples and standard products, and free components are washed away.With the addition of an enzyme-conjugated antibody, the antihuman IgA antibody binds to the human IgA bound to a single antibody to form an immune complex, and the free components are washed away. Add chromogenic substrate, if there is IgA in the reaction hole, horseradish peroxidase will make the colorless chromogenic agent blue, add stop solution to turn yellow.The concentration of IgA in the specimen can be calculated by drawing a standard curve. OD value at 450nm shows that the concentration of IgA is in direct proportion to OD450.
