In vitro
KRAS G12C inhibitor 18 exhibits a dose dependent inhibiton of pERK and active KRas after a single dose treatment from 12.5 to 100 mg/kg at 8 hours[1]. KRAS G12C inhibitor 18 (30 mg/kg; p.o.; twice daily) exhibits anti-tumor growth activity in lung cancer H358 xenograft mouse model[1].
