Reactivity
Monkey
Specificity
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of CD22. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between CD22 and analogues was observed. NOTE: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between CD22 and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist in some cases.

847
Samples
Serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, body fluid and tissue homogenate
Assay Type
Quantitative Competitive

1.0 ng/mL
Reactivity Note
No significant cross-reactivity or interference between this antigen and analogues was observed. NOTE: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection, therefore, cross reaction may still exist in some cases.

Intended Uses: This CD22 ELISA kit is a 1.5 hour solid-phase ELISA designed for the quantitative determination of Monkey CD22. This ELISA kit for research use only!
Principle of the Assay: CD22 ELISA kit applies the competitive enzyme immunoassay technique utilizing an anti-CD22 antibody and an CD22-HRP conjugate. The assay sample and buffer are incubated together with CD22-HRP conjugate in pre-coated plate for one hour. After the incubation period, the wells are decanted and washed five times. The wells are then incubated with a substrate for HRP enzyme. The product of the enzyme-substrate reaction forms a blue colored complex. Finally, a stop solution is added to stop the reaction, which will then turn the solution yellow. The intensity of color is measured spectrophotometrically at 450nm in a microplate reader. The intensity of the color is inversely proportional to the CD22 concentration since CD22 from samples and CD22-HRP conjugate compete for the anti-CD22 antibody binding site. Since the number of sites is limited, as more sites are occupied by CD22 from the sample, fewer sites are left to bind CD22-HRP conjugate. A standard curve is plotted relating the intensity of the color (O.D.) to the concentration of standards. The CD22 concentration in each sample is interpolated from this standard curve.

Product Notes
The Monkey CD22 cd22 (Catalog #AAA247478) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA247478 ELISA Kit recognizes Monkey CD22. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "B-Cell Receptor CD22, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
