Related Product Information for anti-ATPB antibody
This gene encodes a subunit of mitochondrial ATP synthase. Mitochondrial ATP synthase catalyzes ATP synthesis, utilizing an electrochemical gradient of protons across the inner membrane during oxidative phosphorylation. ATP synthase is composed of two linked multi-subunit complexes: the soluble catalytic core, F1, and the membrane-spanning component, Fo, comprising the proton channel. The catalytic portion of mitochondrial ATP synthase consists of 5 different subunits (alpha, beta, gamma, delta, and epsilon) assembled with a stoichiometry of 3 alpha, 3 beta, and a single representative of the other 3. The proton channel consists of three main subunits (a, b, c). This gene encodes the beta subunit of the catalytic core.

Product Notes
The ATPB atp5f1b (Catalog #AAA62405) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ATPB Mouse mAb reacts with Human, Cotton, Honeybee, Peach, Hedge bamboo, Azumapecten farreri, Wheat, Rice, Tomato, Zebrafish, Silk moth, Tobacoo, Mouse-ear cressn and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ATPB can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), IF (Immunofluorescence), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ATPB atp5f1b for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ATPB, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
