Related Product Information for anti-CD158d antibody
CD158d/KIR2DL4 is a KIR family member that shares structural features with both activating and inhibitory receptors and may mediate different Functional Application (FUNC)tions under different circumstances. It contains cytoplasmic ITIM, suggesting inhibitory Functional Application (FUNC)tion, but also transmembrane domain similar to those of activating KIRs. It has been reported that CD158d serves as an inhibitory receptor for peripheral and uterine NK cells, but its ligation with soluble mAbs (unlike immobilized mAbs) results in activation of IFN-gamma secretion. CD158d also binds both membrane form and soluble form of its ligand HLA-G.

Product Notes
The CD158d kir2dl4 (Catalog #AAA129123) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-Hu CD158d Purified Low Endotoxin reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD158d can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IP (Immunoprecipitation), FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), FA (Functional Assay), ICC (Immunocytochemistry), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD158d kir2dl4 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD158d, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
