Related Product Information for anti-CD195 antibody
Rat anti Human CD195 antibody, clone HEK/1/85a recognizes the human CD195 cell surface antigen, a 45kDa glycoprotein also known as CCR5. CD195 acts as a receptor for a number of chemokines including RANTES and eotaxin and also serves as a co-receptor for the entry of HIV into cells. CD195 is expressed by a subset of T lymphocytes and by monocytes.

Product Notes
The CD195 ccr5 (Catalog #AAA11952) is an Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The RAT ANTI HUMAN CD195 reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD195 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow cytometry (FC). FC: 1/50-1/100 Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 100ul fresh whole blood. Where this product has not been tested for use in a particular technique this does not necessarily exclude its use in such procedures. Suggested working dilutions are given as a guide only. It is recommended that the user titrates the product for use in their own system using appropriate negative/positive controls. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD195 ccr5 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD195, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
