Performance
Five x 105 cultured human HPB-MLT cells were washed and incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80 ul of anti-CD29 antibody at a concentration of 10 ug/ml. Cells were washed twice and incubated with 2° reagent Goat anti-Mouse IgG/FITC, after which they were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FC. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.3 log 10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG1 negative control at a similar concentration.
Production
Antibody was Protein A purified from (low FBS containing) tissue culture supernatant. Purity was >95% Immunoglobulin by SDS-PAGE with less than 1% Bovine Immunoglobulin.

Related Product Information for anti-CD29 antibody
Information: Human CD29 is the beta subunit of an integrin family of molecules expressed on diverse cell types which function as the major receptors for extracellular matrix and as cell-cell adhesion molecules. CD29 can form heterodimer pairs with at least nine different alpha subunits. Antibody 4B7R recognizes the CD29 integrin subunit.

Product Notes
The CD29 (Catalog #AAA14855) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The anti-human CD29-Purified Preservative Free reacts with Human, Pig, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD29 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC), Western Blot (WB), FPS. FC Binding to Nalm-6 cells with GAM/FITC detection: Specification: >1.0 log shift Result: 1.3 log shift. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD29 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD29, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
