Related Product Information for CD38 recombinant antibody
CD38 (ADP-ribosyl cyclase/cyclic ADP-ribose hydrolase 1) is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein that synthesizes and hydrolyzes cyclic adenosine 5'-diphosphate-ribose, an intracellular calcium ion mobilizing messenger. The release of soluble protein and the ability of membrane-bound protein to become internalized indicate both extracellular and intracellular functions for the protein. The functional CD38 molecule is a dimer, with the central portion containing the catalytic site. CD38 is used as a prognostic marker for patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [taken from NCBI Entrez Gene (Gene ID: 952)].

Product Notes

The CD38 cd38 (Catalog #AAA23840) is a Recombinant Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Rabbit anti-CD38 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody [BLR123H] reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD38 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). WB: 1:1000 IP: 20 ul/mg lysate IHC: 1:100 to 1:500. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH6.0 is recommended for FFPE tissue sections. ICC: 1:100 to 1:500. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH6.0 is recommended for FFPE cell sections. FC/FACS: Live or cells fixed in 4% formaldehyde and permeabilized with 90% methanol. 1 ul per 1 x 10^6 cells. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD38 cd38 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD38, Monoclonal Recombinant Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
