Clostridium Difficile GDH, Antibody; Anti-Clostridium Difficile GDH Antibody (Mouse-Clone#1F7)-Monoclonal; Anti-Clostridium Difficile GDH Antibody; anti-Clostridium Difficile GDH antibody
Host
Mouse
Reactivity
GDH
Clonality
Monoclonal
Isotype
IgG1
Clone Number
1F7
Specificity
This antibody reacts with native Clostridium difficile glutamate dehydrogenase (GDH) as determined by blotting assays and ELISA techniques. It is shown to pair with itself in sandwich ELISA and with other clones manufactured by ICL. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.

Control
Preservative
0.09% Sodium Azide
Procedure
This mouse IgG1 kappa is purified using salt fractionation procedures and Protein A chromatography. It is produced from tissue culture media obtained at a quality controlled lab. Antibody concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.
Preparation and Storage
Store between 2 and 8°C for short term. For long term storage , aliquot and store between -20°C to -80°C. Multiple freeze-thaw cycles are not recommended.

Product Notes
The Clostridium Difficile GDH (Catalog #AAA76822) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-Clostridium Difficile GDH Antibody (Mouse-Clone#1F7)-Monoclonal reacts with GDH and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Clostridium Difficile GDH can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, WB (Western Blot), ELISA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Clostridium Difficile GDH for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Clostridium Difficile GDH, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
