IP (Immunoprecipitation)

(FAF2 was immunoprecipitated from 1mg of Jurkat cells membrane fraction, blotted with M25099 of 10 ug. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using M25099 at 1/1000 dilution. Anti-Mouse-IgG(HRP), specific to the non-reduced form of IgG, was used as secondary antibody at 1/10000 dilution. Lane 1: Jurkat cells membrane fraction. Lane2: IP product of Jurkat cells membrane fraction.Predicted band size : 53 KDaObserved band size : 53 KDaBlocking and dilution buffer and concentration:5% milk/TBST.)

Related Product Information for anti-ETEA antibody
The protein encoded by this gene is highly expressed in peripheral blood of patients with atopic dermatitis (AD), compared to normal individuals. It may play a role in regulating the resistance to apoptosis that is observed in T cells and eosinophils of AD patients.

Product Notes

The ETEA faf2 (Catalog #AAA62382) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ETEA Mouse mAb reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ETEA can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), IP (Immunoprecipitation), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ETEA faf2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ETEA, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
