GFAP recombinant antibody
GFAP Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody
IHC: 1:20-1:200
IF: 1:20-1:200
FC/FACS: 1:20-1:200
FCM (Flow Cytometry)
(Overlay Peak curve showing Jurkat cells stained with AAA28074 (red line) at 1:50. Then 10% normal goat serum was Incubated to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (1µg/1*106cells) for 45 min at 4°C. The secondary antibody used was FITC-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at 1/200 dilution for 35 min at 4°C. Isotype control antibody (green line) was mouse IgG1 (1µg/1*106cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10,000 events was performed.)
IF (Immunofluorescence)
(Immunofluorescence staining of U87 cell with AAA28074 at 1:200, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4C. The secondary antibody was FITC-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L).)
IF (Immunofluorescence)
(Immunofluorescence staining of SH-SY5Y cell with AAA28074 at 1:200, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4C. The secondary antibody was FITC-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L).)
IHC (Immunohistochemistry)
(IHC image of AAA28074 diluted at 1:300 and staining in paraffin-embedded human glioma cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-Mouse IgG labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.)

Product Notes
The GFAP gfap (Catalog #AAA28074) is a Recombinant Antibody produced from HEK293F Cell and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The GFAP Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's GFAP can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). WB: 1:1000-1:5000 IHC: 1:20-1:200 IF: 1:20-1:200 FC/FACS: 1:20-1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the GFAP gfap for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "GFAP, Monoclonal Recombinant Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
