Preparation and Storage
Storage:
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 4ºC for frequent use.
Aliquot and store at -20ºC for 24 months.
Stability Test:
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and noobvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within theexpiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Product Notes
The GSTa1 gsta1 (Catalog #AAA130617) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Monoclonal Antibody to Glutathione S Transferase Alpha 1 (GSTa1) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Glutathione S Transferase Alpha 1 (GSTa1) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, WB (Western Blot), IP (Immunoprecipitation), IHC (Immunohistochemistry), ICC (Immunocytochemistry). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the GSTa1 gsta1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: Antigen: The target protein is fused with N-terminal His-Tag and its sequence is listed below. MGHHHHHHSG SEF-VTCPEQ DKYRTITGMC NNRRSPTLGA SNRAFVRWLP AEYEDGFSLP YGWTPGVKRN GFPVALARAV SNEIVRFPTD QLTPDQERSL. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Glutathione S Transferase Alpha 1 (GSTa1), Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
