Mouse anti-Human IL10RA Monoclonal Antibody | anti-IL10RA antibody
IL10RA Mouse anti-Human Monoclonal (1D10) Antibody
IHC (Immunohiostchemistry)
(IL10RA Antibody-Human Small Intestine, MALT: Formalin-Fixed, Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE), at a concentration of 10 ug/ml.)
WB (Western Blot)
(IL10RA Antibody-HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY IL10RA (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-IL10RA. At a dilution of 1:4000.)
IL10RA is a receptor for interleukin 10. This protein is structurally related to interferon receptors. It has been shown to mediate the immunosuppressive signal of interleukin 10, and thus inhibits the synthesis of proinflammatory cytokines. This receptor is reported to promote survival of progenitor myeloid cells through the insulin receptor substrate-2/PI 3-kinase/AKT pathway. Activation of this receptor leads to tyrosine phosphorylation of JAK1 and TYK2 kinases. Two transcript variants, one protein-coding and the other not protein-coding, have been found for this gene.

Product Notes
The IL10RA il10ra (Catalog #AAA162853) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The IL10RA Mouse anti-Human Monoclonal (1D10) Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's IL10RA can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, WB (Western Blot), IHC (Immunohistochemistry), IHC (Immunohistochemistry). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IL10RA il10ra for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "IL10RA, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
