Related Product Information for anti-KDELR1 antibody
KDEL receptor, an integral membrane protein, facilitates the retrieval of soluble endoplasmic reticulum (ER) luminal proteins bearing the four amino acid retention motif KDEL from the Golgi apparatus. The sequence of KDEL receptor is very similar to that of the yeast protein Erd2p, a receptor for proteins containing the tetrapeptide HDEL, the yeast ER retention signal. KDEL receptors interact with GAP (GTPase-activating protein) of ARF1, a small GTP-binding protein involved in COPI-dependent vesicle transport. KDEL receptors may recruit cytosolic ARF1 to membranes and regulate vesicle budding.

Product Notes
The KDELR1 kdelr1 (Catalog #AAA47731) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's KDEL Receptor can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IP (Immunoprecipitation), ICC (Immunocytochemistry), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the KDELR1 kdelr1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "KDEL Receptor, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
