Related Product Information for anti-LRG1 antibody
LRG1 (leucine-rich alpha2-glycoprotein), also known as LRG, is a 347 amino acid secreted protein that contains 8 LRR (leucine-rich) repeats and one LRRCT domain. The leucine-rich repeat (LRR) family of proteins, including LRG1, have been shown to be involved in protein-protein interaction, signal transduction, cell adhesion and development. Found mainly in plasma, LRG1 is expressed during granulocyte differentiation. The gene that encodes LRG1 consists of nearly 3,000 bases and maps to human chromosome 19p13. 3. Chromosome 19 consists of over 63 million bases, houses approximately 1,400 genes and is recognized for having the greatest gene density of the human chromosomes. It is the genetic home for a number of immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily members, including the killer cell and leukocyte Ig-like receptors, a number of ICAMs, the CEACAM and PSG families and Fc receptors (FcRs).

Product Notes
The LRG1 lrg1 (Catalog #AAA215549) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The LRG1/Leucine Rich alpha-2-glycoprotein 1 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [Clone LRG1/4882] reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's LRG1/Leucine Rich alpha-2-glycoprotein 1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IHC (Immunohistochemistry). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the LRG1 lrg1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "LRG1/Leucine Rich alpha-2-glycoprotein 1, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
