Biological Significance
MIP-3 beta is a CC chemokine that is expressed in the thymus, lymph nodes and in activated bone marrow stromal cells and signals through the CCR7 receptor. MIP-3 beta is a chemoattractant for T and B lymphocytes and myeloid progenitor cells. Human MIP-3 beta is active on Mouse cells.
Immunogen
MIP3 beta antibody was raised in mouse using highly pure recombinant human MIP-3 beta as the immunogen. This IgG1K antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein A affinity chromatography. as the immunogen.
Preparation and Storage
Store at -20 degree C until reconstitution. Following reconstitution product may be stored at 4 degree C in the short term. For long term storage aliquot and freeze at -20 degree C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
