Coli BL21 cells were resolved by 4-12% Bis-Tris gel electrophoresis, transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane, and probed with 0.01 ug/mL (1:100,000 dilution) of Purified anti-E. Coli RNA Polymerase Beta Antibody, clone 8RB13, overnight at 4 degree C. Proteins were visualized by chemiluminescence detection using HRP goat anti-mouse IgG Antibody at a 1:3000 dilution. Lane M: Molecular Weight marker.)
