Preparation
This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human RRM1 (rh RRM1). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
Preparation and Storage
This antibody can be stored at 2-8 degree C for one month without detectable loss of activity. Antibody products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20 degree C to -80 degree C. Preservative-Free. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

IF (Immunofluorescence)

(Immunofluorescence staining of Human RRM1 in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with Mouse anti-Human RRM1 monoclonal antibody (1:60) at 37 degree C 1 hour. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor 594-conjugated Goat Anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm.)

Related Product Information for anti-RRM1 antibody
RRM1 is a subunit of ribonucleoside-diphosphate reductase which is constituted by two subunits. Ribonucleoside-diphosphate reductase is an enzyme essential for the production of deoxyribonucleotides prior to DNA synthesis in S phase of dividing cells. RRM1 is one of several genes located in the imprinted gene domain of 11p15.5, an important tumor-suppressor gene region. Alterations in this region have been associated with the Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome, Wilms tumor, rhabdomyosarcoma, adrenocortical carcinoma, and lung, ovarian, and breast cancer. RRM1 may play a role in malignancies and disease that involve this region.

Product Notes

The RRM1 rrm1 (Catalog #AAA255753) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-RRM1 Antibody, Mouse Monoclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's RRM1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IF (Immunofluorescence), ICC (Immunocytochemistry), FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the RRM1 rrm1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "RRM1, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
