Related Product Information for anti-TADA1 antibody
TAF42 (SPT3-associated factor 42), also known as TADA1 (transcriptional adapter 1), ADA1, HFI1 or hADA1, is a 335 amino acid nuclear protein that belongs to the TADA1 family. As a component of the STAGA transcription coactivator-HAT complex, STAF42 is most likely involved in transcriptional regulation. The gene that encodes STAF42 maps to human chromosome 1, which spans 260 million base pairs, contains over 3,000 genes and comprises nearly 8% of the human genome. Chromosome 1 houses a large number of disease associated genes, including those that are involved in familial adenomatous polyposis, Stickler syndrome, Parkinson s disease, Gaucher disease, schizophrenia and Usher syndrome. Aberrations in chromosome 1 are found in a variety of cancers, including head and neck cancer, malignant melanoma and multiple myeloma.

Product Notes
The TADA1 tada1 (Catalog #AAA215551) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TADA1 (Transcriptional Adapter 1)/STAF42 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [Clone PCRP-TADA1-1C9] reacts with Human Predicted to react with Rabbit, Goat, Horse, Guinea pig, Dog, Pig, Rhesus monkey, Orangutan and Elephant (based on sequence homology). and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TADA1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), WB (Western Blot), IP (Immunoprecipitation). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TADA1 tada1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TADA1, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
