Related Product Information for anti-TP53I3 antibody
TP53I3 participates in the generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS). TP53I3 has low NADPH-dependent naphtoquinone reductase activity, with a preference for 1,2-naphtoquinone over 1,4-naphtoquinone. TP53I3 has low NADPH-dependent diamine reductase activity (in vitro). TP53I3 is localized to the cytoplasm and induced in primary, non-transformed and transformed cell cultures after exposure to genotoxic agents. TP53I3 microsatellite polymorphism is associated with differential susceptibility to cancer.

Product Notes

The TP53I3 tp53i3 (Catalog #AAA48107) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TP53I3 antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TP53I3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IF (Immunofluorescence), ICC (Immunocytochemistry), FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), WB (Western Blot), ELISA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TP53I3 tp53i3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TP53I3, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
