VISTA/B7-H5/platelet receptor Gi24 is a single-pass type I membrane protein located at the cell surface. It is an immunoregulatory receptor which can inhibit T-cell response and may promote differentiation of embryonic stem cells, by inhibiting the BMP4 signaling pathway. The protein can be cleaved by MMP14, and stimulate MMP14-mediated MMP2 activation.

The VISTA vsir (Catalog #AAA11015) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The VISTA Antibody [9E4] reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's VISTA can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Paraffin, Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). IHC starting at 2 ug/mL ICC starting at 1 ug/mL IF start at 2 ug/mL FC/FACS at 10 ug/ml. Antibody validated: Immunohistochemistry in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples; Immunofluorescence in human samples and Flow Cytometry in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the VISTA vsir for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "VISTA, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
