Specificity
Mouse anti Yellow fever virus antibody, clone 2D12 recognizes the envelope protein of the wild (Asibi) and vaccine strains of yellow fever virus. The clone has been reported to have neutralising activity against the Asibi strain (Schlessing et. al. 1984) No cross reactivity with other flaviviruses has been reported.
