The microplate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Superoxide Dismutase 3, Extracellular (SOD3). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microplate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Superoxide Dismutase 3, Extracellular (SOD3).
