Related Product Information for FGa elisa kit
Principle of the assay: This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. A monoclonal antibody specific to FGa has been pre-coated onto a microplate. A competitive inhibition reaction is launched between biotin labeled FGa and unlabeled FGa (Standards or samples) with the pre-coated antibody specific to FGa. After incubation the unbound conjugate is washed off. Next, avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. The amount of bound HRP conjugate is reverse proportional to the concentration of FGa in the sample. After addition of the substrate solution, the intensity of color developed is reverse proportional to the concentration of FGa in the sample.

Product Notes
The Mouse FGa fga (Catalog #AAA138256) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA138256 ELISA Kit recognizes Mouse FGa. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Fibrinogen Alpha (FGa), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
