Mouse anti-Human Tau Oligomeric complex Antibody | anti-IgG2b antibody
Anti-Tau Oligomeric complex [TOC1], Mouse IgG2b
IF (Immunofluorescence)
(Immunofluorescence staining of Kelly cells with anti-Tau Oligomeric complex (AAA72289) TOC1 Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed Kelly cells stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of TOC1 (AAA72289-23.0) (1:1000 dilution) for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (1:1500 dilution), showing nuclear staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom AAA72289-23.0, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was anti-fluorescein antibody followed by staining with Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.)
WB (Western Blot)
(Western Blot using anti-Tau Oligomeric complex antibody TOC1 (AAA72289). Kelly(A) (0.5ug/ml) and U251(B) (0.5ug/ml) cells lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of TOC1 (AAA72289-23.0) before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.)

Product Notes
The IgG2b (Catalog #AAA72289) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-Tau Oligomeric complex [TOC1], Mouse IgG2b reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Tau Oligomeric complex can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA, IHC (Immunohistochemistry), IF (Immunofluorescence), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IgG2b for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Tau Oligomeric complex, Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
