Purity/Purification
>98%, as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC
Form/Format
Recombinant CD200 is supplied as a 0.2 um filtered PBS solution, pH7.2.
Sequence Length
278
Source
Optimized DNA sequence encoding extracellular domain of Mouse CD200 including a C-terminal 6His tag was expressed in HEK293 cells.
Molecular Weight
Recombinant Mouse CD200 is a monomer protein consisting of 213 amino acid residue subunits, due to glycosylation migrates as an approximately 40-45kDa protein on SDS-PAGE.
Biological Activity
The activity was tested by the ability of immobilized recombinant mouse CD200 (1ug/ml, 100ul/well) to bind mouse CD200R1 with a linear range of 1-200 ng/ml.
Endotoxin
Endotoxin content was assayed using a LAL gel clot method. Endotoxin level was found to be less than 0.1 ng/ug (1EU/ug).
Preparation and Storage
Recombinant CD200, as supplied, can be stored in working aliquots at 2°- 8 degree C for one month, or at -20°C to -70°C for twelve months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Product Notes
The CD200 cd200 (Catalog #AAA76111) is an Active Protein produced from N/A (Host protein expression may be lot-specific and can be subject to change during production, including bulk orders) and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD200 (MOX1), Active Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
