Related Product Information for CD112 recombinant protein
This gene encodes a single-pass type I membrane glycoprotein with two Ig-like C2-type domains and an Ig-like V-type domain. This protein is one of the plasma membrane components of adherens junctions. It also serves as an entry for certain mutant strains of herpes simplex virus and pseudorabies virus, and it is involved in cell to cell spreading of these viruses. Variations in this gene have been associated with differences in the severity of multiple sclerosis. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized.

Product Notes
The CD112 nectin2 (Catalog #AAA47481) is a Recombinant Protein produced from HEK293 cells and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The amino acid sequence is listed below: CD112 (Gln32-Gly 360)+mFc (Pro99-Lys 330). It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD112, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
