Related Product Information for PLXNA4 recombinant protein
Coreceptor for SA3A. Necessary for signaling by class 3 saphorins and subsequent remodeling of the cytoskeleton. Plays a role in axon guidance in the developing nervous system. Class 3 saphorins bind to a complex composed of a neuropilin and a plexin. The plexin modulates the affinity of the complex for specific saphorins, and its cytoplasmic domain is required for the activation of down-stream signaling events in the cytoplasm.

It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Plexin-A4, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
