IF (Immunofluorescence)

(Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells (treated with 30mM sodium butyrate for 4h) with CSB-PA010403OA120acHU at 1:2.5, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4 degree C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).)

ICC (Immunocytochemistry)

(Immunocytochemistry analysis of CSB-PA010403OA120acHU diluted at 1:5 and staining in Hela cells (treated with 30mM sodium butyrate for 4h) performed on a Leica BondTM system. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4 degree C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.)

Product Notes

The HIST1H2BC hist1h2bc (Catalog #AAA235317) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Acetyl-Histone H2B (K120) Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Acetyl-Histone H2B can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ChIP (Chromatin immunoprecipitation), IF (Immunofluorescence), ICC (Immunocytochemistry), ELISA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HIST1H2BC hist1h2bc for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Acetyl-Histone H2B, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
